Design Week 2014 SFDC

My design of a table inspired by Andy Goldworthy. I started off with a sturdy piece of plywood as the base of the tabletop, then I cut out the semi S shaped line. Afterwards, I took strips of maple and cherry wood to line them up and nail the pieces onto the plywood base. The base of the table and leg are then attached by screws.

Inspiration: I was inspired by the theme of Andy Goldworthy's work. I love the movement of his art.
